  • Let’s estimate that I receive 1,000 leads monthly, and my conversion rate is 20% or 200 clients. As most sellers end up buying, let’s estimate 50% of these leads buy real estate in the next year. That’s 100 loans per month. Let’s assume the average mortgage is $350,000. On a monthly basis, that’s $35,000,000 in loan origination! At 50 BPS or half a percent referral fee, I would earn $175,000 per month off of REFERRALS ALONE!


For ROUGHLY $65 Per Month, I can hang my license with NEXA Mortgage.


The Point is to SCALE YOUR SYSTEMS & SAVE TIME & ENERGY by refering Buyers out.


On top of these loan origination referrals, I have a personal leads of my own & real estate referral leads I can profit off of!

Using a Revenue Sharing Program similar to eXp Realty, NEXA Mortgage INCENTIVIZES their Brokers to grow the Company by offering them OVER-RIDE INCOME on loan origination done by Brokers they attract to joining NEXA.


Here’s an Example:

Let’s suppose you Join Nexa Mortgage. Your preferred Mortgage Broker hasn’t heard from you in awhile, so you tell them about your success with NEXA Mortgage & offer them an ultimatum. If they’d like to continue doing business with you, THEY will have to join NEXA Mortgage & you will send them MORE leads than they would EVER need!


Now that your preferred Mortgage Broker has joined, you can EARN ADDITIONAL INCOME off of ALL their future loan origination. See examples of their potential monthly production:


  • 5 loans monthly at $350,000 avg= $1,750,000 * 0.5% = $1,750 monthly to YOU!
  • 10 loans monthly at $350,000 avg = $3,500,000 * 0.5% =  $3,750 monthly to YOU!


Earn Passive Income by Referring MLOs to YOUR NEXA TEAM! How many Originators do YOU know who would like MORE income for the SAME work?


HERE’S HOW REVENUE SHARE WORKS AT NEXA:


  • Tier 1: 5 MLOs avg $2,000,000 in monthly loans = $10,000 in Revenue Share to YOU!

  • Tier 3: 40 MLOs avg $2,000,000 in monthly loans = $80,000 in Revenue Share to YOU!


That’s an ADDITIONAL $140,000 Monthly or $1,680,000 Annually!
