Back when I joined eXp Realty, I knew the company was special and had a refreshing model I hadn't seen anywhere else, but I had no idea that the company would help me transcend my thinking beyond being another average real estate broker. Instead of focusing on the next buy or sell side transaction or cold calling lists of hundreds of prospects, the eXp model helped me understand the benefits of structuring myself as the CEO of my business and building something much more profound by leveraging all of the opportunities the model offers its agents.
My goal with the Swarm Group is to personally test my systems and tweak them until they can be easily reproduced and taught by other agents. Only until my proof of concepts work as designed will I advertise them to group members for replication. eXp Realty is the only real estate brokerage I have encountered which treats other agents as allies instead of competition. We are incentivized to help out our fellow team members so they succeed, which is precisely what I plan on doing with Swarm Group members.
