 eXp Realty Revenue Share is important for real estate agents because it allows agents to diversify their income. During slower months, when commission checks might not be coming in as often, revenue share provides a buffers to stabilize agent's income streams. Because sponsoring agents have a vested interest in the success of the agents they’ve introduced to the brokerage, eXp has created an ecosystem where everyone is always willing to share and when needed & lend a hand to their fellow agents!

 Revenue Share is paid to any real estate agent or broker that has an active real estate license held by eXp Realty.  It doesn’t matter if you are actively selling real estate or not. You can begin earning Revenue Share immediately. You’ll receive a check on the 22nd of the month for the previous month’s earnings.  While most Brokerage models only incentivize Broker-Owners of Franchises to recruit agents, eXp realty has given an incredible amount of power back to their agents - turning them into de facto Managing Brokers, incentivizing them to bring outside agents aboard and create mini ecosystems full of unique tools that other brokerages simply don't offer their agents!
